Order

Can I return a product?

At the moment, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns. Perfumes are considered hygiene products, and since we cannot verify whether a bottle has been opened or used, we’re not able to take them back. We understand this can be frustrating and are working on finding a logistics solution that would allow returns in the future. Thank you for your understanding and for shopping responsibly.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We cannot make changes to an order—such as removing products or cancelling it—once it has been placed. Please double-check your cart before completing checkout.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still don’t see it, contact our customer service to make sure your order was processed.

What if something is missing or incorrect in my order?

Contact us right away at contact@curiosa.se with your order number and a description of the issue, and we’ll help you resolve it quickly.

Shipping

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Sweden costs 39 SEK, international shipping costs may vary.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we but only within Europe at the moment.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we might be able to change the address. Please contact us immediately at contact@curiosa.se.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and items. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

DELIVERY

What happens if I don’t pick up my package in time?

If the package is not collected and gets returned to us, a 69 SEK fee to cover the return shipping and handling costs is deducted from the refund amount.

How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?

You will receive a notification from via text or email.

How long will my order take to arrive?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed in Sweden will take around 3-7 business days to arrive, this includes order processing and production time. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-10 days depending on the country. 

Who handles the delivery?

We deliver all orders via DHL. Your package will be sent to the nearest DHL service point based on your delivery address.

Refunds

Can I get a refund if my item is defective?

Yes, if your item is clearly defective or if we’ve made a significant mistake with your order, you are eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you. We carefully review each case and will offer a refund or replacement depending on what is possible and agreed upon.

How long does it take for the refund to appear in my account?

It may take up to 14 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Will I be notified when my refund is processed?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once your return is received and your refund has been issued.

How will I be refunded?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method you used during checkout.
