RETURN POLICIES
Yes we do! We partner with DHL to ensure that our products can be reached worldwide.
Once your order is placed, we promptly begin processing and production, which typically takes 3 days. After production is complete, we pack your order and prepare it for courier pickup. Delivery from the time of dispatch to your doorstep usually takes an additional 3–5 days within Sweden.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service team at contact@curiosa.se within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive and assess the claim, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

At this time, we are unable to process general returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or faulty, please refer to our refund policy. NOTE: An additional cost of 69 kr to re-ship your order applies if your order is not picked up by you and sent back to us.
