At the moment, we do not have physical stores.

Do you have international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping on all products in our range except for perfumes,
as we currently only sell them within Sweden.

Can I return a product?

We do not offer any returns or exchanges. If the goods you receive are defective or incorrect, we
will replace them free of charge. You must contact our Customer Service within 14 days of
receiving the goods and it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Note! You must contact our Customer Service first to get the complaint approved and the return
freight paid.

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product you’ve ordered.
Generally, we aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days, with delivery typically
taking 3-5 business days thereafter.

Why are the perfumes so cheap?

How is the quality of your perfumes?

The perfumes are designed to be long-lasting, just like expensive designer
fragrances, and in some cases, they even last longer. This depends on the
composition of the perfume as well as your skin’s pH level. If you find that your scent
doesn’t last long, a tip is to moisturize your skin with a body lotion in the area where
you spray your fragrance.
